Requesting help on MonARCH¶
To get help with MonARCH issues, please email mcc-help@monash.edu.au with the following details:
The commands that you have used
A simple example that will allow us to replicate the error
The full path to your
slurmsubmission script and input files (if applicable)
As well as the following information for specific issues:
Software issues¶
The software package(s) that you are attempting to use
What you expect the software to do
What the software has done
The full path to your error logs
System issues¶
Error logs (with full path), or other details describing the error

Drop-in Sessions¶
If you need to talk to a person, there is a HPC person at each Bioinformatics Drop-In session. Please see https://www.monash.edu/data-fluency/events/friday-drop-in-sessions for more info.
Session alternate between in-person events (held at G19, 15 Innovation Walk) and Zoom. The above link gives you links to the calendar, and how to submit questions in advance.
